This will bring a muscular balance to your body, increasing mobility and preventing injuries.
In 15 years of working in the fitness industry I have found TRX Suspension Training to be the most effective way to improve strength, balance and flexibilty. As a surfer, snowboarder, runner and cyclist it's pushed my personal fitness to a new level, as well as that of my clients.
